Today, we take a moment to honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our nation. At Southwest Florida Honor Flight, we’re privileged to witness the courage and resilience of veterans from all branches of the military who served in wars from World War II to the Vietnam War, and beyond. Each of them has a story of bravery, a commitment to freedom, and a legacy that inspires us all.

This Veterans Day, we extend our deepest gratitude to these heroes and their families. Thank you for answering the call, defending our freedoms, and carrying on a legacy of patriotism that strengthens our nation. We are honored to have the opportunity to celebrate you through Honor Flights and to ensure your stories are preserved for future generations.

Get ready in 5 days to see all of our Southwest Florida Honor Flight Veterans being honored at their memorials in Washington DC. Follow along here on Facebook as we go live throughout the day and then come out to Punta Gorda Airport to give them the welcome home they deserve! Our Allegiant flight will land at approximately 8:30 pm.
